At Tentacles Consultancy, I use the Insights Discovery tool to help organisations improve self-awareness, understanding and teamwork.

I’m an accredited and licensed Discover Insights practitioner and have used this innovative tool to break down barriers and turn diversity into strength. This invaluable resource, combined with my industry experience and personal qualities, allows me to adapt to any organisation, demographic or team and help teams work better together, ultimately creating a more productive and harmonious work environment.
Using a simple and memorable four-colour model participants gain insight into their strengths and the value they bring to the team. The colours are:
Fiery Red
Sunshine Yellow
Earth Green
Cool Blue
It is this combination of the four “colour energies” that offers participants unique insight into individual behaviours and personality traits, with a bit of practice anyone can access all four energies.
More than a theoretical model, Insights is an invaluable resource in day-to-day operations. The simple and striking visual aid keeps meaningful insights remaining front-of-mind for everyone, long after the session has ended. By tapping into these insights they will take responsibility for their personal growth and the team as a whole, no prompting needed.

While I always recommend face-to-face sessions for getting the most out of your Insights Discovery workshop, they can take place online as well.
