I set up Tentacles Consultancy in January 2024 because I wanted to use my skills and experience to make a difference. Social purpose has always been the key driver for my career, so I aim to deliver services at a fair price and with a value for money commitment.

I have thought carefully about my pricing structure and tried to land somewhere that placed reasonable value on what I can offer, but also stays affordable for my customers. My long-term aim is to be able to provide reward and recognition for the Tentacles Transformation Expert Panel (a panel of experts-by-experience who keep me right), so I have taken this into account.
But value for money is about more than price, so here are my commitments, making sure you get your money’s worth.
I'll give you honest information about how much resource and time will be needed for a task and I'll keep you updated throughout.
I will give all tasks 100% of my effort, ensuring that you get the outcomes you were seeking.
I will use a timesheet and only charge for the work I do. If the task takes less time than exected, it's money back in your pocket.
I'll keep up to date with the sector, as well as developing my own innovations so your organisation is prepared for the future.
Large packages of support may offer pricing efficiencies.
Reasonable expenses will be claimed separately for reimbursement. Mileage will be claimed at 45p per mile.
